Shipping

Once your order has been placed, our team will pack and dispatch your order usually within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped with Australia Post tracking.    If your order is placed after 3pm it will most likely be processed the next day. Empire Harley Davidson will not be held responsible for any missing/stolen packages that have been tracked as “delivered”

Public holidays/weekends

We do not pack or post orders on weekends or public holidays. if your order has been placed on the weekend or a public holiday it will not be processed till the next business day

Tracking

Once we have dispatched your order to AusPost, delivery time frames are out of our control, and we cannot promise that your item will arrive within the specified shipping time frame. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking Number, you can track this online using the link below

Local pickup:

We do offer local pick-up, you will receive an email once it’s ready to be collected. You can collect your order during our normal trading hours at 231 High St, Kangaroo Flat VIC 3555
