RETURN POLICY:
The return policy of Empire Harley-Davidson is 15 days from the day of purchase. Beyond this point
we cannot offer a refund or exchange for your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of the
freight for return shipping, and shipping costs are not refundable. We take no responsibility for
items that are damaged in the returned shipping process, so it is advised that you purchase shipping
insurance.


Items which cannot be refunded or exchanged include:
- Clearance items
- Jewellery
- Helmets
- Headwear
- Special order items
- Gift vouchers


If these items are faulty, they may be returned.


To qualify for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging, in the same condition
as when you received it and be unworn, unwashed and have tags still attached.


We also require the proof of purchase of the item. For any faulty items, please email info@empirehd.com.au with pictures of the fault so that we can assess the fault and approve the refund if applicable.


If the items is deemed as faulty, Empire Harley Davidson will cover the freight cost for the return of the item. The amount paid for the item will be paid back to your account in the same way it was purchased. Please note that some of the items will have to be approved by the manufacturer before a refund can be issued, however you will be notified of this!

Please note, the stock levels are always being updated, however if there is an item which is sold out
in store on the same day before your purchase, we will be in touch to organise a refund or to give
you options for a replacement.
